The M4212 Curved Surface Belt Grinding Machine adopts advanced foreign polishing and grinding technology, using high-speed, heavy-duty, water-cooled abrasive belt grinding. It offers high efficiency, easy operation, and environmentally safe performance.
This machine is primarily designed to address the polishing and deburring of peripheral shearing edges on stamped sheet-metal workpieces. Equipped with two grinding heads (dual stations) with independent control, it integrates hydraulic mechanical drive, pneumatic system, and electrical control.
By employing template-based contour-following technology, the machine automatically polishes curved profiles of workpieces. Workpieces can be stack-clamped, allowing multiple parts to be ground in a single pass. Belt replacement and adjustment are simple and fast.
